Firstly, check the skeleton, which should be smooth and free of welding scars and burrs. The skeleton is dry and free of volatile solvents. When installing arches, the endurance plate can bend in both directions, and the bending radius should not exceed 180 times the thickness of the plate.
Reserve sufficient burial space based on the thickness of the board, the difference between thermal expansion and contraction and the support frame, as well as the load of wind and snow pressure. Generally speaking, the edge of the board extends more than 25 millimeters into the fixed frame, with a thermal expansion coefficient of 0.065 millimeters/0.0 ℃.
Determine the reserved thermal expansion distance between panels based on local climate conditions and installation temperature. Usually, during summer installation, there can be less reserved space; During winter installation, the reserved space should be relatively large.
Embedded installation, the board length should not be too long. Generally speaking, the width direction is 2-5 centimeters, and the length direction is 0.5-1.5 millimeters/meter * total length. The protective film will affect the bonding between the sealant and the PC board. Therefore, before installation, it is necessary to remove the fixed part and the protective film around 5-10 centimeters, and then apply a secondary coating until the project is completed.
Attention: Some workers clamp the protective film in the template during operation, then scrape it with a sharp tool, and then lift it up, but they often scratch the surface of the board, causing damage to the board. In order to prevent the impact of ultraviolet rays on the endurance board, a logo is printed on the protective film with an ultraviolet layer on the endurance board, and it should be installed facing the sun. Do not walk directly on the board. On the one hand, standing on it is very dangerous, and on the other hand, it is easy to damage the board.
When drilling holes on the board, the spacing between the holes should not be too large or too small. If the distance is large, the cumulative thermal expansion length is large and the reserved space is not enough; Small spacing will severely limit the movement of the board, resulting in significant stress concentration. If it is allowed to bend outward during thermal expansion, some stresses can be counteracted.
Generally speaking, when drilling holes on the board, the spacing between the holes is 50 centimeters, and it is recommended that the distance between the holes and the edge of the board be greater than 3-5 centimeters. The diameter of the rivet head should be twice the diameter of the handle, and additional gaskets or washers should be added to avoid damage to the plate caused by local high pressure.
When installation defects are found, sealant can be filled in areas where leakage may occur, such as the interface between the sealing gaskets at both ends of the upstream face. Neutral weather resistant silicone adhesive with low modulus and elongation greater than 50% should be selected after curing. Before applying the adhesive, the surface of the aluminum profile and board must be clean and dry, free of oil stains, dust, water vapor, dew drops, and other debris. The adhesive should be applied evenly, the surface of the adhesive layer should be smooth, and the size of the fracture surface should not be consistent or interrupted;
When installation defects are found, sealant can be filled to compensate for possible leaks. Before applying sealant, the surface of aluminum profiles and plates must be cleaned and dried to avoid oil stains, dust, water vapor, dew and other debris.
