The advantage of a lighting board (PC board) is that it increases the product's lighting and haze while ensuring high light transmittance. Through the function of the lighting board, the entire board surface forms a uniform luminous surface without forming dark areas, resulting in residual images on the screen, making the picture more realistic and achieving a crystal clear visual effect. At present, daylighting panels are divided into PC daylighting panels, PMMA daylighting panels, and PS daylighting panels.
The transmittance of PC daylighting board can reach over 80%, while the transmittance of ordinary milky white PC board is only 20%. So it is widely used in the advertising lightbox industry. Ordinary grade milky white PC boards can only be penetrated by light, but cannot achieve uniform scattering, while daylighting PC boards can fully scatter LED light sources.
PC substrate has excellent impact resistance, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheet, and is not easily damaged during installation and transportation.
The flame retardant level of PC daylighting board is B2, with higher safety performance.
The specific gravity of PC is 1.2, which is only half the weight of ordinary glass, making it easy to construct and reducing transportation costs. The temperature resistance is -40-120 degrees Celsius and will not deform due to long-term exposure to the lamp source.
PC daylighting board is suitable for LED lighting fixtures with direct light sources, such as tube lights, grille lights, and high-end aluminum lights. It is also suitable for side light source LED lighting fixtures, such as flat panel lights, advertising light boxes, and professional viewing lights, usually used in conjunction with light guide plates.
